  • Subscription Services: Unlimited access to Reading and Listening practice tests for a recurring fee.
  • Pay-Per-Assessment Services: Individual, one-time evaluations for Speaking and Writing tests.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We monitor account activity to prevent unauthorized sharing.

  • Single User Account: Your account is for your personal use only.
  • Termination for Sharing: If we detect concurrent logins or suspicious activity indicating account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly for personal, private study and preparation.

  • You agree NOT to use the Service for any commercial purpose (teaching, tutoring, or charging others).
  • You agree NOT to project our tests in a classroom or public setting.

5. Commercial Licensing (Strictly Enforced)

This platform is NOT licensed for commercial use under standard accounts. If you wish to use easyieltsbd.com for teaching students, conducting tutorials, classes, or mock tests for profit, you MUST obtain a Commercial License.

Violation: Any commercial use without a specific license constitutes a breach of these Terms and copyright infringement. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek damages for unauthorized commercial use.

6. Payment Terms

A. Subscriptions (Reading & Listening)

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via account settings.

B. One-Time Payments (Writing & Speaking)

Fees for Writing correction and Speaking mock tests are one-time payments per assessment. Credits must be used within 90 days of purchase.

C. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used subscriptions or completed assessments unless caused by a technical failure on our end.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on easyieltsbd.com, including text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and test questions, is the property of easyieltsbd.com and is protected by Bangladesh and international copyright laws.

8. User Content

When you submit Writing essays or Speaking audio recordings, you retain ownership of your work but grant us a license to use it solely for providing feedback, grading, and improving our assessment algorithms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'AS IS'. We do not guarantee specific scores on the official IELTS exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, easyieltsbd.com shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
